The klik n' flip technology features double sided dirt grip cleaning pads, which allow for twice the cleaning area with a quick flip of the mop head.

The best decision I made.
I read all the reviews before buying as this was my first steam mop. It arrived really quickly and was so easy to set up. Before getting this I used a mop and bucket, never again, the difference the Shark Klik n' Flip makes to my life is great, it goes without saying my floors are cleaner, but also, cleaning my floors is now so much faster so it saves me loads of time, its also easier to store than a mop and bucket so its saved me space. I am so happy with this purchase.
