We liked, thought it would be more furry, especially as the box has a patch on the outside to illustrate what was in the box, but it's fine. Heats evenly and is comfortable to use. Had it a number of months now and seems good quality.

It does what you expect it to do. The heat is spread homogeneously and it does make a difference to me between being not-so-good to being fine. This is the second I own when the previous broke down, after years of constant and reliable service.

Bought for our mum who's in a home. It's soft but doesn't get very hot even on the highest setting. Not worth the money really but mum said it's better than nothing!

Please don’t waste your money! This heat pad didn’t get warm just very lightly warm . The light was on so it was working, but it’s not fit for purpose. I’ve returned it !

then starts to flash. So that the heat pad can be switched back on, the slider for ON/OFF and
temperature settings must first be set to setting “0” (OFF). After about 5 seconds it is possible to switch it on again.

The supplier has advised the following for the Beurer Soft Cosy Heat Pad:
"Yes, you can disconnect the cable from the heat pad.
Before cleaning, ALWAYS remove the power plug from the socket first. Then disconnect the control from the heat pad by unplugging the plug-in coupling. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock. The control must never come into contact with water or other liquids, as this may cause damage."
