Mine was the same had it 2 months half the apps freeze and screen flashes colours and cant do anything unless turn it off at the wall. Contacted customer support got sent a replacement which I found out was a refurb! Arrived with screen broke and 3 black circles on display. Had an argument with argos yesterday and have been issued LG replacement because I refused to have another bush!
