Freezes and response issues
Bought this a few weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. Almost everytime we turn it on it is unresponsive and freezes, ending up having to turn it off at the switch each use! Other than that it’s is a decent tv, just a shame it has such an annoying fault.

Hello, you will need to pair the remote control to the TV in order for the Mic button to work. Please follow the steps to pair the remote control to your TV - 1. Press Settings, scroll to Devices and press OK. 2. Scroll to Pair Remote Control or Other Device, then press OK. 3. Press and hold Source on the remote control until the LED blinks blue and press OK. 4. The TV will find the remote control. 5. Scroll to TV REMOTE and press OK. 6. Scroll to Connect, and press OK.
