Showing Potential, But Early Days
We have only had our slimline dishwasher for a few weeks, so it’s too soon to assess things like efficiency, drying and programmes. I can comment on noise, however. To my mind this machine operates quietly, which is pleasing. Its capacity is something I am still getting to grips with. It is configured differently from the machine it replaces and at present I don’t think I am filling it to its optimum level. So it’s a work in progress at the moment. All said, I am happy with this machine, but am still learning how to maximise its capacity in all areas.

Even teacups come out dirty
Probably the worst dishwasher we have ever had. It quite simply is dreadful at cleaning even slightly soiled crockery. What an expensive mistake.

Easy to operate. My previous one gave me 15 years fantastic service.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed with this machine. My previous dishwasher was bosch (as are all of my appliances). This machine is very noisy. The baskets are less sturdy. It does not signal when the machine has finished ie no sound. My previous machine was fairly quiet, very sturdy and it bleeped when the programme had ended. It served me well - over 15years. Unfortunately, when looking for a replacement on the bosch site, it only showed up 2 machines - series 2 and series 4. When I went to my regular stockist, they only had the same 2 machines. I went for the 2 because the inside looked the same as my current model. However, I don't think this model can be as high a standard as my previous model ??

Great slim line dishwasher. Quiet ,washes & dries well. Fits more in than previous model. Hope this one lasts longer but does come with 5 yr guarantee which is good.

Big fan of Bosch
I owned the previous version of this model for over a decade and was extremely satisfied. I upgraded to this new Series of the same machine in July 2025 with high hopes. I am bitterly disappointed. This version is not a patch on its predecessor. My biggest issue having now used it for over a year and half is its very poor ability to clean even moderately dirty dishes so the same dishes have to be put in repeatedly. The photo attached is a typical occurrence - it couldn't even handle cleaning off broccoli. This is true even when using the Intensive setting and also ensuring that bowls and items are properly spaced to allow water to pass between them. It seems as though the new structure/placement of the water outlets inside the machine have been very poorly chosen resulting in numerous areas of the dishwasher not receiving sufficient water to clean them. My next biggest issue is that the dishes are not dry when the dishwasher is finished. I note this is a common problem referenced by other users in reviews but I chose to ignore them hoping it was specific to their machines. My mistake. Bosch have even built an "Extra Dry" button to try and solve this but it does not work (and furthermore, why should a dishwasher need a button to make them "extra" dry when they should be dry anyway). It happens every time. So when you lift the items out of the dishwasher most are wet enough to drip on the floor and stacked in the cupboard still partially wet. All in all, even as a very big Bosch fan, I am very disappointed in them for creating such a poor quality product. They have really let standards slip with this model. Avoid.

Clean as a whistle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Bosch dishwasher cleans the dishes squeaky clean. It's just amazing, our old Bosch dishwasher was at least 22 years old. We've very impressed with the new dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone who's in the market for a new dishwasher.

Great brand
I bought it 2weeks ago, and I am satisfied with this brand. It is a famous brand. However, when we switch on the machine, we need to wait a bit for the display mon to run. Otherwise, others are satisfied
