This is a decent budget monitor. Picture quality is OK and it does not look or feel cheap. The built in speakers have no bass but sound clear with speech and are surprisingly loud.

This will depend as much on the console settings as the monitor. This monitor is capable of up 180Hz and, with the right settings, you might get up to the maximum 1080p display resolution this can give but you won’t get 4K out of it.
