Very helpful as a pet cam
I purchased this because we have rehomed a dog and were leaving her in the hall when we went out, it enabled us to see that when she barked when we first went out she was not pacing and did not appear anxious and we could check on her whilst we were out. It has been very helpful and we can rotate so that we can see the whole hall, although she appears to hear the camera moving but it does not upset her, well worth it to put our minds at ease. The only thing I am not keen on is you do have to pay a subscription to be able to use it.

The Tapo C200 only supports Motion Detection. The Tapo camera sends a notification to your phone when motion is detected, or you can set an alarm for the camera.

Hi,
The Tapo app cannot be downloaded to TV. While Tapo CentralHub (Tapo H500) has an HDMI port for connecting to a TV or monitor, allowing you to stream video from cameras/doorbells linked to Tapo H500 on a larger screen.

If you want to adjust the volume of your camera's microphone and speaker, please refer to the steps below:
1. Open the Tapo app on your phone and click on your camera card on the Home tab to enter its Live View page.
2. Tap the microphone icon, and then increase or decrease the volume of the camera's microphone as per your desire.
3. Tap the Talk icon and click the icon on the top right corner of the Talk page. Then you can adjust the volume of the camera's microphone and speaker.

I can advise the following for: Tapo C200 1080P Full HD Pan/Tilt Wi-Fi Home Security Camera.
To set your Tapo C200 camera to permanent day mode (disabling infrared) for better night performance, open the Tapo app, go to the camera's live view, tap the settings icon (gear), and find the "Night Mode" setting. Switch it from "Auto" to "Day Mode" to keep the infrared LEDs off.

The detection feature of the camera is related to factors such as the installation position, the motion, the settings configured on the camera, etc. It is not recommended to place the camera behind glass. If the camera is installed behind glass, infrared lights may cause reflection, resulting in blurry and unclear images, thereby hindering the timely detection of moving objects, especially in nighttime scenes.

You are able to view the live view you would need a internet connection to connect to the Tapo cloud camera to access the live view.

For camera live view, once the camera is set up in the Tapo app and connected to the internet, you can watch it for free (no extra cost).
For camera playback, there are two recording types:
1. Tapo Care Cloud Recordings: Each Tapo Camera offers a one-time 30-day free trial of Tapo Care (starts when enabled in the app), which provides 30-day cloud video history and advanced features.
