Wonderful dryer, I needed one that did not require a vent and with a large drum and this fits the bill, dries quickly and is so quiet which is great as it is about six feet from my workspace at home. There is also no humidity and damp in the room from the dryer when in use, which I was worried about but everything is dry as a bone.

Vey happy with it it drys very well doesn’t use lots of electric. Different settings allow lots of variety of clothes and laundry to be dryed. No colour runs. Hardly any creases. As long as it’s not overloaded. It’s well worth the purchase with someone with a lot of washing

I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and it’s great. Doesn’t take as long as my last one to dry clothes. I was expecting it to take longer with the loads because of the write ups on heat pump drying but on some settings it definitely quicker. Best buy I’ve made for years!! Very happy with my purchase

Worth every penny
I haven’t owned a tumble dryer for years and finally thought I would try a heat pump one with the awful weather we have had. It has been amazing especially with a large family. It’s not like the old ones that can only take half of your washing at a time, got the 10kg one and can take the full load. Amazing should of got one sooner.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense DH5S102BW 10KG Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - White: ''There is no need for professional installation, but when you install, you need to adjust the feet (bottom of machine) to make sure the whole machine is stable. Then check whether you need to connect a drain pipe. If not, or there is no drain pipe, the machine comes with a drain box.''
