1st drier delivered had issues with the heat pump and it eventually stopped working. Replacement sent very quickly and it is working fine and is very quite and efficient. App functions very helpful supplying energy usage information.

Basically a space ship
Very happy with this dryer, very big, very fancy and makes very happy noises that never fail to spark joy, yes it also efficiently dries clothes, but having an internal light is game changing and I don't know why. Also dosent expell much heat into the surrounding.

I only purchased the dryer a couple of weeks ago, but so far it seems to be very good! A vast improvement on my very ancient basic dryer. It has a very large capacity and dries very well

Disappointing tumble dryer
Had the tumble dryer for a short time. I bought it to replace an aging condenser dryer. It is not a particularly quiet machine. When turned on, it does not remember the last setting, instead it defaults to ECO which takes ages to dry clothes, much longer than my previous machine. My preferred setting does, however, eventually get the job done. It is also annoying that certain settings are only available via the app which I initially installed to have a look, but then removed.
