Worth every penny
I haven’t owned a tumble dryer for years and finally thought I would try a heat pump one with the awful weather we have had. It has been amazing especially with a large family. It’s not like the old ones that can only take half of your washing at a time, got the 10kg one and can take the full load. Amazing should of got one sooner.

For the first in 20 years i have a dryer again and i love it ! I donnot understand why i waited sonlong ! Thos dryer is energy efficient (we have solar panels) quick and easy to use even my husband can ise ot without a instruction manual

Quality product with smart appearance
Bought this product after buying a different Hisense product. Excellent condition and came with an easy to understand manual. Already used by my wife who found it easy to use and do impressed with the quietness when running.

Great machine
So far and it’s only been 24 hrs but when used I noticed so many features including a gentle dry feature which I used along with synthetic programme . First I wondered if I had actually turned it on as it was so quiet compared to my old machine x washing was dried quickly without causing much creasing . There is a programme for everything . Big bonus if you have dirty trainers or slippers that can go into machine for drying is the fact it has a basket to hold these do they don’t bang around while drying . All in all money well spent definitely 10/10 for me Just yo add I made an error when asking if I got an incentive for reviewing this machine the answer should have been no I did not

Dead on arrival, and not quick to sort the problem
This machine was dead on arrival – a motor fault. I feel that the company are now giving me the runaround instead of supporting me in getting the retailer to send me a replacement.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense DH5S102BW 10KG Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - White: ''There is no need for professional installation, but when you install, you need to adjust the feet (bottom of machine) to make sure the whole machine is stable. Then check whether you need to connect a drain pipe. If not, or there is no drain pipe, the machine comes with a drain box.''
