I found it tricky to link the wi-fi and the option of a USB cable connection would have been helpful but, now it's up and going, everything is fine. I would recommend it.

Set up was a little complicated as there wasn't any instructions however very clear instructions online made things quite easy with small steps even I could follow. Print is great both colour and black and white. Very happy with my purchase.

Good printer
This printer was to replace an old Canon Pixma where the device drivers had become obsolete. This is a combined printer/copier/scanner and works wirelessly which has made life much easier, not having to take laptop to another room and plug into printer. After a few attempts to set up, the printer now works flawlessly and even switches on and off automatically when you want to print. The quality is good and the ink costs will be dramatically reduced meaning this will be a more cost effective printer than the last one. Highly recommended.

Really good little printer, always works, easy to set up and relaitively quite. The on critisium i would say was that the front LED display is so small you'll need a magnify glass to read it.

I hate this printer. It's a nightmare to connect to WiFi and our various devices. Print quality is excellent (hence 3 stars) once you've been driven mad trying to set it up.

Bought a few months ago to replace an older version that I had heavily used for several years Very happy with the new version which now has the possibility to replace the ink absorber tray which was starting to cause problems on the old one.

It came with a set of ink bottles and they last absolutely ages.
I comes with ink. One 135ml bottle of black ink, 70ml each for the colour ink bottles.

The message that the ink absorber is almost full would relate to the maintenance cartridge, which absorbs ink used in cleaning. This specific part would then need to be replaced - not necessarily buying a new printer.
For this Canon PIXMA G3570 3-in-1 Wireless MegaTank Printer the part would be: Maintenance Cartridge MC-G04.
Full instructions on this process can be fund on page 120 of the user manual.
