Effective
This fan is very good ... I now have two of them, bought a year apart. It is fairly quiet and very effective. The only issue with the second one is the remote control. Although it works, the new remote is a lot smaller but the slot in the back of the fan that stores the remote was not reduced in size and is now too large ... very annoying.

I have 2 of these and need to clean them but even after undoing the screws at the back still cant remove the grill to clean the fan

To clean the Challenge Digital Grey Tower Fan,unplug the fan and then the fan grill can't be dissembled/opened to clean the fan blade - wipe the fan enclosure and fan grill with a slightly damp cloth.

“ Regrettably, we have discontinued the use of our previous remote controller this year. Consequently, the new remote controller is incompatible with the two plastic grooves located at the top of the back. . ”
