Great piece of kit.
This a great piece of kit and so versatile in the range of exercises you can do. I actually prefer it to a kettle bell, it feels more balanced and just more comfortable to use with the handles. Its very compact and doesn't take up a lot of space, it's handy just have in the living room ready to pick up and do a few exercises.

It should be OK, "it's ready for everything, curls, presses, squats, and more." It does have a bar through the middle that you could grip it by to do the curls.
