Versatile, multi use weight.
I bought this for my partner as she had gotten too used to the lighter 8kg version. It's compact, and heavy enough for me to use in some exercises. Great value.

Multifunctional
I bought this a few weeks ago as I wanted to start working out but I dont have the space for lots of equipment. This kettlebell is great. You have to use it slightly different to a usual kettlebell when you do a clean and press as the kettlebell isnt rounded and the handle is smaller than typical kettlebells so your wrist bends. I've started using the central handle to do clean and press and it does the job. Just takes a bit of getting used to and you may have to adjust your workout so the moves flow better together.

Unusual looking kettle bell
Wow this kettle bell is a game changer. Three handles two on each side and the middle one. I've found it to be a solid piece of equipment for it's design and function. Squats are way better to perform because of the side handles. Bench press is also a bonus to do Overall it's excellent.
