Not as described
I bought this oven because the Argos listing said it came with a grill pan. It didn't, asked Argos and they referred me to Hisense who said "No that product doesn't come with a grill pan" Back to Argos who at first wanted me to remove and send the oven back just a few weeks before Christmas. Eventually got a partial refund after many calls .

Basic but does what it needs to
If you just want a reasonably priced, basic, larger capacity oven, this is good enough for you. Bought this oven in March 25, so now 8ths old, as prev oven (NewWorld) stopped working after 20yrs! Pros- Has the largest main oven capacity for under counter at the most reasonable price. For anyone non technical -Basic simple instructions & controls. Once use to cooking with it, food cooked within reasonable times. Cons: The “steel?” Oven shelves have already discoloured to a pinky mauve shade which makes them look dirty even after dishwashing- never had this discolouring with previous oven shelving? The control dials are all one colour so unless u kneel down in front of oven cannot see the temp the arrow is pointing at?? Oven light bulb already needs replacing - prev oven lights have lasted for years? Description says Airfryer & Pizza oven mode, but this is the same mode as the main oven, you just use a different shelf rack? At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

Great cooker
Had this for about a month now and I am really pleased with it.blooks great and is really efficient compared to our old one. Cakes, chips, chicken all cooked as they should. Trays and racks you get are great and I love the air fryer mode.. seems easy to clean so far but guess that on me to keep up wiping it out and not allow any build up. Doors are a bit daddy to take off but I will get used to that.

Largest under counter oven we could find
Split oven. Good internal size. Downsides are two. (1). The dials have no sight indicators so difficult to tell where you are switching the dials to, we had to add a line of nail polish so I can see them clearly. (2). The shape. In common with many kitchens, we had a gas hob on gthe counter top and the oven fits underneath. When the retailer fitted the oven the fitter hit a gas pipe and we had to call the Gas Board to stp the leak. This was caused by the back of the oven (something you don't think about, or see when buying) failing to have a curved back, it's very square right to the back, so it doesn't fit where gas pipes run behind it to feed the gas hob. We were lucky as Cadence said the house coud have blown up had we not called them. so look at HOW any pipes run BEFORE buying this oven.
