Customers Say
The PlayStation 5 Pro impresses with its graphics, performance, and storage capacity, making it a worthwhile upgrade for serious gamers. However, the lack of a built-in disc drive and high price point are notable downsides.

An upgrade you won't regret!
Upgraded from PS5, mainly for the graphics and performance improvements. Does not disappoint, wish I bought it sooner but also an excuse to revisit some completed games! I like the new design, very sleek and customisable with great accessory options. One pleasant bonus is the increased storage size, it makes a huge difference. One negative on Sony's part is that this should be bundled with the disc drive! Physical forever!!

Amazing console, highly recommended
Very happy with my purchase. The PlayStation 5 Pro works perfectly and runs very smoothly. Games look great and load fast. I can play many different games without any issues. Easy to set up and very enjoyable to use. Definitely worth the money. Perfect Christmas present for my boyfriend.

Good upgrade option if you fit the criteria.
Product is just a ps5 with slightly, and I mean ever so slightly better graphics in some specific games. But the larger storage, faster loading times and said graphical upgrades make it worthwhile in my opinion. However, only if you have the money to burn, if not, the base ps5 is more than enough to see you to the next gen of consoles, in which case I’d save my money for then. But if you do get it, you wont regret it, even for the minor overall improvement in the feel of the console, it’s a good time. Also final note, don’t buy unless you have a TV/monitor capable of fully utilising its features, 120hz and 4k, ideally even OLED, but again, super pricy so, if you don’t have that atm just save your money.

Hello Ghost
I can advise the following for the PlayStation 5 Pro Digital Console:
These are USB-C and not Micro USB.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Yes it can it can also play VHS cassette LP mini disc cd laser disc and a piece of toast without margarine.
No the Disc drive which comes seperetely for the PS5 PRO can not read PS2 or PS3 Discs. It can only read DVD movie discs Blu ray movie discs, PS4 Game discs and PS5 game discs.
However playstation plus premium membership lets you stream or download some PS2 and PS3 games.
It doesnt come with a disk drive. This must be purchased separately. However it still wont play ps2 or ps3 discs. To play older games you need a ps plus subscription that provides access to stream many ps3 and ps2 games and some of them are download able.
No unless you mod it
PS5 Pro cannot play PS2 or PS3 disk games. You can play PlayStation 4 and 5 disks only.
Hello Blade Runner,
From the information we have available, I can advise the PlayStation 5 Pro Digital Console cannot play PS2 or PS3 disc games. The PS5 is not natively backward compatible with physical discs from these older consoles. However, you can access some PS2 and PS3 games through the PlayStation Plus subscription service, which offers a selection of classic games via cloud streaming.

NO U DONT GET THE SMART HORIZONTAL SWIVEL STAND THING WE GOT WITH THE PS5 BUT THEY DO GIVE YOU SOME LITTLE DAFT CHEEP PLASTIC FEET THAT CLIP ON. THEY BARELY DO THE BUSINESS AKA THE JOB, SO I ADVISE SAVE YOUR PS5 SWIVEL STAND WHEN U SELL IT OR TRADE IT IN IT CLIPS ON THE EDGE SO U SHOULDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS ATTACHING. HAPPY GAMING !!!
you get some stupid plastic peg things to support the machine sideways...
Yes you get two little feet to attach to stand it horizontally, if you want it to stand Vertically your need to buy a stand.
Hi Johnnyhotrocks,
Yes, the PlayStation 5 Pro Digital Console can be placed horizontally using the included stand. The stand that comes with the console is designed to support both vertical and horizontal orientations.
Thank you for using Q&A
Yes. 2 little plastic feet.
it has an internal 2TB SSD on the console which has 1.89TB of free space...
you can also add an expansion SSD with Heatsink inside the machine which can be up to 8TB to play PS5 games from... or and an external HDD to store PS5 games and play PS4 games from...
ssd
All PS5s use SSDs inside them, you can connect a normal HDD to them via USB but it will only let you play PS4 games from a HDD.
PS5 games need the internal SSD.
You also have the option of buying and intsalling a 2nd internal m2 SSD for more high speed space for PS5 games, which is not as hard as it sounds.
Hello StevieB,
The PlayStation 5 Pro Digital Console has 2TB of SSD storage built in.
Thank you for using Q & A.
This model comes with a 2tb SSD, with a slot for a user added additional SSD.
SSD same as previous PS5 and Slim, With expansion for another SSD.
