Simple stopwatch feature for use in gym
I have used this a couple of times in the gym to time floor based work. Have found the stopwatch feature simple to use and it has a reasonable size display which was just what I needed. Only negative is that the face is perhaps a little too large for me.

Looks the business but!
I just wanted a cheap watch that looked trendy and with basic functions. The watch does look great and a good price but I had to return it. Be aware this watch has no backlight, which makes it useless on darker days/nights.

Regarding the power settings, there is no "power off" button. Similar to a digital wristwatch, the LCD screen stays on continuously to display the time and date. This uses a very small amount of power and will not significantly drain the battery.
However, please ensure that you stop and reset the stopwatch function after use. If the timer is left running in the background, it will deplete the battery much faster.

The Decathlon ATW100 Running Stopwatch uses a standard CR2025 lithium 3V coin cell battery, which is widely available.
Key Details for Replacement:
- Tools Required: You can replace the battery yourself using a small Phillips head screwdriver (size #0 or #00) to remove the four screws on the back of the casing.
- Water Resistance: When reassembling the watch, ensure the rubber O-ring gasket remains properly seated in its groove. If this seal is pinched or misaligned, the watch will lose its 5 ATM water resistance.
- Battery Compatibility: Please use only a CR2025 battery. While a CR2032 has the same diameter, it is thicker and can damage the internal clips or prevent the back plate from sealing correctly.

I got a user manual with the watch. The flag button does not work as instructed. In the manual it shows each split time after each press and the split number. However, what actually happens is after each press, the split number increments and the time flashes for a few seconds before calculating to roughly an average. I say roughly because the average is not accurate, so I am not actually sure it is an average.
