Toothbrush itself is good but getting replacement heads is an absolute nightmare!!! I think I’ll be ditching these toothbrushes and looking elsewhere

Replacement toothbrush heads are long gone..
Absolutely irritated with Ordo. It’s been over a year of repeatedly coming to the website and the toothbrush heads are still out of stock. The toothbrush is in the garbage now because if I’m supposed to replace the heads quarterly I obviously cannot rely on you to help me keep my child’s oral health and hygiene on track. What do you want me to do? Buy a new rechargeable toothbrush every 6 months to get the 2 heads that come with it? No thank you.

Dentist very impressed
Since using the sonic toothbrush my dentist says not only are my teeth in better condition than when I was using a rotary toothbrush but even my gums are more healthy

A good clean for kids
These brush heads are good value and fit the brush we have, but my kid can break them a bit too easily (when he wants to). If you’re rough with them, there is a thin/weak area just below the brush head that snaps easily!

All the heads are different so you have to really pay attention and figure out which is which, just a waste even got a kids battery one (pink) thinking they would maybe fit, nope whole other set.

They dont fit the ordo lite cam brush. I bought both the brush and these heads as recommended and now the new heads dont fit and I cant return. Complete waste of money for me!
