had the headphones for a few months now, great battery life, survived going through the wash ! sometimes headphones connect to phone even though theyre in the case (this happened often even before they went through the wash, it's not water damage.) comfortable in the ear but a little big. audio quality is fine. case is a bit big to carry around in pocket but fine in a bag

Battery failure!
They are not very loud, nor are they good at producing a thumping bass. My other concern with these ear buds are to do with the battery and the ability of the buds to hold a charge. - I took the buds out of the charging case, to be informed by the voice-over that I had 100% charge on both buds. After an hours continuous play at full volume I replaced them back in to their charging case. An hour later I took the buds out and to my astonishment they were both flat as a pancake! Dead as a Dodo! I had to spend the rest of the day shopping without being able to listen to my favourite music.
