Tackling your weekly mow? The Flymo SimpliStore 300 Li is a cordless rotary lawnmower with twin batteries for consistent power. It's got a 30cm metal blade that cuts cleanly to reduce edge trimming afterwards. You'll adjust between three cutting heights to match your garden's needs. The 30L grass box includes a fill indicator so you'll know when to empty. Twin lever handles let you operate comfortably with either hand. This cordless tool gives you up to 30 minutes runtime for small to medium gardens.
The height adjustable handle adapts to your comfort during longer mowing sessions. You'll store it vertically to save floor space or fold it flat for smaller sheds. The foldable handle reduces storage to just 71cm high when not in use. It's powered by a 40V battery system with a 3 hour recharge time. The charger comes included so you're ready to start. A safety switch provides protection during operation.

3 words don't buy this lawnmower its hard to push cuts uneven because everytime you hit a bump the cutting setting for the adjustment keeps moving. a complete waste of money. As for the help page on Argos for this product that's about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

Nice piece of kit!
I bought this couple of weeks ago, what a brilliant piece of kit, setup looked difficult at first but it was actually fine. First cut of the year was a massive success, it cut through the longer grass, no problem, lawn looks great, I've used a couple of times since and not had to recharge yet, the back bit hovers up all the grass and twigs, I've realised how naff my old mower was, this is fabulous piece of kit. Buy one. 5/5

Good compact cordless mower
A great little lawnmower which is very compact. After going back to the store twice due to the first two we had being defective, we finally have a good little cordless mower. Very comfortable to use and does a good job of cutting the lawn. The only negative is that when you want to change the height of the cut this has to be done by turning the mower over. There is no lever on the side like most mowers have for this.

This is my first cordless lawnmower and it was a good buy. Easy to use and charge and ideal for a small to medium size lawn. The one downside was that it is less easy to self-assembly than any other lawnmower I’ve owned.

Pleasant surprise
I've now used the mower 3 times and I'm very impressed, I was optimistic the first cut that the batteries would not last long enough but they did the job two front lawns fair size. The second time i charged the batteries I left them until the plug turned from red to green and batteries lasted longer. I highly recommend the Flymo 300 li and Argos value.

You can buy more from Flymo but theyre expensive - two batteries almost cost the same as the whole mower. Also, the batteries randomly stop charging eventually - the previous version of this product had loads of 1 star reviews for that reason. My batteries failed for the first time within a few months of buying, and the warranty replaced them no problem. Now one year later one of those replacements has died so Im not sure what Ill do, probably buy one and if that fails give up.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Flymo SimpliStore 300R Li 30cm Cordless Rotary Lawnmower: To answer your enquiry, the battery to be charged must be placed on a nonflammable, heat resistant and non-conductive surface while charging.
