About this product
The Loxley Kingsize Bed Frame gives you a solid, supportive place to rest that works with your mattress to help you sleep well. It's hand finished in natural oak, that's real hardwood with its own grain pattern and character. The tall headboard's padded and covered in grey boucle fabric, soft against your back when you're sitting up reading or watching TV. The sprung wooden slatted base supports your mattress evenly, keeping it in good shape and giving you proper support where you need it. It's kingsize, so there's plenty of room for two people to stretch out comfortably.
The solid oak frame stands up to years of daily use, while wooden feet keep it stable and lift it off the floor. With 18.5cm underneath, you can hoover or tuck storage boxes away without any hassle. The textured boucle is practical for everyday life and easy to keep looking good. The siderail sits at a comfortable height, making it easy to get in and out of bed. Money well spent
I love my new bed. It is stylish and well made. It was easy to build and came with clear instructions (I'm a 30 year old petite female for reference). Although one of the plastic fittings didn't fit so had to make a bigger hole with a screwdriver. No squeaks or movement at all from the base. Supports my memory foam mattress very well. Headboard is proving to be well made, considering I have a couple of determined cats. Delivery was excellent, friendly drivers who kept me well informed. Would recommend

Squeaky
Nice design, but there's a significant flaw with the quality and dimensions of the bed slats which means they are ridiculously squeaky where they seem to rub against the sides of the bed frame. Woke me up every time I rolled over in bed. Ended up having to buy a new set of properly sized bedslats from a separate website and now the squeaking has gone.
