After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Challenge 14" Mini Tower Fan: The fan can be oscillating but it can’t move the air outlet safety grill.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Challenge 14" Mini Tower Fan: Because it's small and not suitable for large room use. It can be used at close range like 6-inch and 7-inch desk fans
