The Habitat Florence Leather Sofa gives you a proper spot to settle down and unwind after a long day. It's a three-seater that's hand made from genuine aniline leather, that's natural material that feels soft and breathes well. Pocket sprung seats and foam-filled cushions with dacron wrapping keep things supportive without going flat. There's room for three people to sit comfortably, so you've got space for the family or a couple of friends. The leather's luxurious to touch and develops its own character over time.
The aniline leather's waxed finish means each sofa has unique grain patterns, and it'll age with you to create its own patina. Plush armrests and a supportive backrest are built to help you relax through movie nights or quiet reading time. Wooden feet lift the frame off the floor for stability and easy cleaning underneath. Minimal assembly required, just attach the feet and you're ready to go. Regular cleaning is recommended to keep the leather in good condition, and plumping the cushions regularly maintains their shape. There's a ten-year frame guarantee for lasting peace of mind.

Fantastic
The decision to buy this sofa was a tricky one as i had only seen it online however it looked so beautiful in design and it looked visibly comfortable. The additional bonus of fast delivery was such a relief as I had family arriving from abroad and a sofa was needed quickly. The drivers were fantastic, I was advised in advance when it would arrive, they were careful and prompt. I am really happy with this sofa, it’s incredibly comfortable and soft. My family arrived a couple of days ago, they love it too.

Soft leather sofa
The leather sofa is very soft and really comfortable , the only thing with it being so soft is that it scratches very easily. But still a lovely piece of furniture.

Verdict is still out?
Having bought this sofa on the 21st Aug, (delivered 22nd Aug) and whilst it is very comfortable and love the smell of the leather, I'm not convinced that the quality of stuffing material is going to hold up. I know because leather is a natural product, it will stretch, shape and wear over time, but as you will see by the photo's, it's only been 15 days, and it looks like it's been used for a lot longer. This is sat on, on both ends, and you can clearly see that the one seat is worn way more than the other. Also, the side that is worn more's arm rest is also deflated. (for want of a better word) It's such a shame if this turns out to be a mistake of a purchase, as we were thinking of the getting the 2 seater option, and as I said, it is comfortable, love the smell of the leather, and the colour is spot on, but we shouldn't be thinking about this sort of wear, this early in the purchase.

Totally in love with this sofa. Matches my decor perfectly. Lovely soft tan leather. Extremely comfortable. Great size. Also bought the footstool to match. Only downside is it marks really easily but love it anyway.

The composition of the seat is in layers. It's foam, then pocket springs, then non-woven fabric. Then all together this is inserted into the leather cover, which in turn is mounted on the wooden frame. Below are coil springs.

I can advise that the rug depicted in the images for the Habitat Florence Leather 3 Seater Sofa - Tan is not available on either the Argos or Habitat website. It is either a discontinued line or a rug used by the photo studio as part of their set dressing.
