If at first

First one arrived. Did not work. Called warranty. Came and deemed it not fit for purpose. Eventually replaced. This one seems better but not what you would call quiet. User manual worse than useless.

Nice features on an oven but…

I was quite impressed with the smart oven with many of its settings and features, it’s great to be able to set the timer and let it do its thing and be notified on the app that it’s finished, but there a couple of annoying things, the shelf with sliding runners is great but it would be nice if each level had the runners and not just the one below middle shelf (where I would have thought a single runner would be better placed) the wire shelves can be a bit of a fight to slide in if they are slightly off parallel as the back of the shelf catches and won’t close until it’s perfect, and while I see the benefit of the oven not starting the cooking timer until the door is opened and closed after the pre heat, there are times I would be happy to place the items in the oven during the preheat time and ru. The cooking timer so that I dont have to return 5 minutes later to place the items in the oven, there may or may not be a way to override this but it’s not an option with the built in settings

Great to use

The oven seems complicated to start but if you use the app to program the oven and the just start it it so easy to use. Great to put things ready and then delay the start so it’s ready when you get home from work. Only had it a week so not tried the cleaning function yet

Just bought this. Never cooked with electric. Lots of different cooking options. First meal was homemade pizza on Pizza setting. Cooked perfectly!

Instructions not helpful

I bought this on the back of excellent reviews. It might be a good oven but I cannot say as it's almost impossible to understand how to operate it, the instructions are hopeless and the connectlife app isn't working either. I now need to phone them for help. The online FAQ information is just as bad as the instruction booklet. The oven now has a Loc message for no apparent reason that apparently means it is "locked" and nothing will shift it, even turning it off at the wall hoping to reset, so the oven cannot be used. Not impressed

Great to use, gets to temperature really quickly, loads of cooking features - air frier and pizza mode have proved popular. Even has its own app. Looks very smart as well. Very pleased.

Great Features, and Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this oven does everything! Delivery was on time and helpful guys brought it inside. Easy to install and looks great under my black induction hob. Looks and feels like quality.... All touch controls work well with only a light touch, and the door is soft-close. Features... This thing goes up to 300°C! And it gets up to temperature really fast, 6 minutes maybe. I've never used an oven that hot before.... perfect for pizzas and fast browning things off. It's an air fryer! And a good one... It comes with a huge wire basket tray so hot air circulates all round the food. The tray is on runners so it pulls all the way out for loading without falling down. It has steam injection. I love to bake bread and this feature means I don't have to place a tray of water in the bottom as I'm used to, to help it rise. Temperature can be adjusted right down to 30°C (warm to the touch), perfect for yeast proving bread prior to baking. If there is a negative it's just that it has so many programs that I needed to keep the instruction book close by for the first week or two. But I'm quickly learning my favourite settings, and adjusting the temperature etc is completely intuitive. Would recommend.

I am particularly impressed with the sleek minimalistic modern design, which fits in well with my kitchen. I love the steam function. It makes my food so moist and flavourful. I've used it to make bread (using a shop bought mix), and have also tried roasted Mediterranean vegetables, and everything has turned out perfectly. The oven is relatively easy to use. The controls are intuitive, and the display is clear. I love that I can control the oven from my phone using the ConnectLife app. This is great when I'm busy in another room and I need to check on how the cooking is going. The oven is also very spacious. I can easily fit a large Sunday roast inside. And the five cooking levels give me a lot of flexibility when I'm cooking different dishes. Overall, this is a great oven, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Here are some specific things I love about the oven: The air-fry function: This has allowed me to ditch my stand-alone air-fryer, which I always struggled with the capacity of. The oven performs this function well, and allows me to prepare a larger healthy meal, when we have guests over in a healthy and economical way. The steam function: This is my favourite feature. It makes my food so moist and flavourful, without being greasy. The Wi-Fi connectivity: This is so convenient. I can control the oven from my phone, even when I'm not in the kitchen. The spacious interior: I can fit a large family Sunday roast inside. The five cooking levels: This gives me a lot of flexibility when I'm cooking different dishes. The easy-to-use controls: The controls are intuitive, and the display is clear.
