the dishwasher itself is great. argos less so
the dishwasher cleans well, fits tall glasses and large dinner plates and the cutlery tray at the top is perfect. the associated app serves little to no purpose but as dishwashers go really pleased. argos, with whom we paid for fitting and removal of the old one we're poor. they turned up and because they had to remove 2 screws to take the old one out refused to take it and wouldn't install the new one despite having paid extra for this service

Average really
Looks good, operates quietly. However... The drying isn't very effective - many items come out dripping wet, even following the 'auto-open' function. The space inside can feel a bit cramped... There's no way this can be regarded as a 16 place dishwasher. This is partly down to the design of the racks - the items end up positioned higher than they need to be. The other factor is the upper cutlery rack. This has a strange shape, meaning that some tall drinking glasses don't quite fit in the rack beneath it. And the upper cutlery rack is not removable. The phone app works pretty well, but doesn't have as many features as the marketing would suggest. I've barely used it.

Decent cleaning, easy to use
We've had this for a few weeks now and though we've only used it on the standard eco wash setting so far, it's proving a good dishwasher. It took a while to get the rinse aid setting right but this means we can have a more efficient use of the rinse aid. Cleans and dries well, and very quiet.

Great product. Arrived with a dent.
Dishwasher seems to work well. Adjustable upper basket is extremely useful when loading large dinner plates in the lower basket. Had to consult manual for how to adjust the height, which was straight forward. Cutlery drawer at top adds extra capacity for cutlery. Also comes with a cutlery holder for the lower basket, which we are yet to use as we use the cutlery drawer. Very quiet when in operation. Delivery and installation service was very good. Arrived with a dent, which I noticed when the delivery guys were leaving. I think the delivery guys were very careful with handling product, and with the installation as well. Phoned customer services, and we sorted a solution/compensation, which was quickly sorted.

Very good but not great
Purchased a little over two weeks ago to replace our 10yr old Beko that had failed and parts were half the price of a new one, add labour and it was decided to get a new one. There are three racks available, one can be moved up and down, another is a large knife, forks and spoon rack, the bottom for large plates, pots, and pans. Between our previous one and this one we still preferred the layout of the older one, this newer one cannot get tall glasses easily onto the middle shelf, even with it lowered. Double issue when it is lowered that big plates are unable to be loaded. Apart from our tetris loading having to be rejigged the next item that stops it being great is the manual. Very poorly laid out, too many variants and chapters that reference other booklets, controls that do not match what is on the front panel. You will need to be ready to persevere! Once the manual is worked out you will be able then to understand the many different features this unit has to offer. The fast function works on most programs and takes 25% of the time off, the ECO wash comes in at a long 4hrs duration, with the fast function is drops to just under 3hrs. Not had a load yet that has not come out 100% clean due to the new wash arm that spins the water in a different way to other models. I wish there was a way to turn off the salt needed display, The water hardness where I live is almost non-existent, salt is not needed. The function panel isn't as responsive as I would like but iit stops little fingers messing with the programs, the remote control function works well BUT whilst it is enabled you cannot see where the program is up to, you have to use the app on your phone. So far it is a very good dishwasher.

It's lovely
I bought this 3 weeks ago and I'm very happy. However, there should be a big sign on the box stating that you should stick on the thing at the front. Can't be bothered pulling it out and putting it back just for that. The control panel is not very sensitive, you have to press quite hard. Washes well and lots of program options.
