Customers Say
The cross trainer is appreciated for its compact design and ease of assembly, but many users report stability issues and concerns about build quality. Noise from the machine is a common complaint.

Not as good as older models
Like most people have said, it can feel quite unstable and rocky. I used to own a Z range crosstrainer that had longer feet and so felt far more stable. The display of the z range was also better as this one just feels basic. Modern technology wants you to do everything via smartphones rather than building it into the machine. It's a decent machine but I wouldn't say its anything special.

Wobbly, not for serious usage
Whilst it was on the cheaper side, I'm still disappointed by how fragile it feels - it doesn't feel that safe to use and wobbles quite a lot especially if you get into it. It's put my off using it, and probably wasn't worth buying due to the quality despite it costing several hundred pounds.

Very practical
This is an excellent product to use, it's compact, easy to construct and then even easier to use.

Great for the price.
Easy to build, with some parts coming preassembled, and a well thought out presentation of the nuts and bolts (in labelled blister packaging). It replaces an old Reebok Elliptical Strider we'd had for many years, and I'm pleased with the upgrade. The basic level (1) feels tough enough to get you started. The operation is very quiet, and it feels very solid.

Poor quality
I do not recommend that product. Very cheap quality and totally unstable. It keeps swinging on sides to the point you are getting scared it will tip over. There are only two bolts at the front, and two at the back that hold all machine and that’s clearly not enough. I was only using this for 10 minutes and it started making irritable noises. Finally after having this for two days I returned the product.

Great cross trainer
Brought this not long ago it was easy to assemble by myself and works really well

Great cross trainer for the price but
It wobbles a bit. With my 17.5 stone and 6 ft 3 frame it does wobble and makes a few strained noises when I get going. The assembly is pretty straight forward but give yourself a couple of hours and have a friend handy to help in places. I would have liked the display to show the hills etc on the 18 preprogrammed modes as it is big enough rather than just a number with no idea what is coming

Great equipment with minor setbacks
Got this as it was great value for money while on sale. The electrical resistance is great and I was looking for this specifically because I have had issues with magnetic resistance models in the past. The machine is sturdy with well built parts. The resistance options on the machine are excellent with a great range. The app connectivity works well and was easy to set up. The Visual design of the machine is excellent and it is perhaps the best looking machine I have ever owned. The biggest downside of the machine so far is the Squeaks and clicks that have developed in the machine after use. I have only had the machine for about a fortnight now but squeaks and clicks have already developed when the machine is in use. Overall I do not feel this has affected the quality of the workout that the machine offers but it can be annoying to have to deal with the noise that it produces. Overall i would recommend this machine when it is on sale.

You need to adjust the feet so the machine is level. That will prevent the side to side motion.
It might be the way it has been assembled.Mine oscillate but not to the point of making it unstable.
