About this product
A gate that goes up without drilling into the doorframe. The four-point pressure fit holds firm in doorways or at the bottom of the stairs, keeping curious toddlers (and wandering pets) where you need them. One-handed push and squeeze handle lets you open it quickly, even with an armful of laundry. The double lock gives reassurance, and it swings both ways for doorways or one way for stairs. Steel frame means it'll handle daily use.
The U-shaped frame spreads the pressure across four points, so it sits securely without needing screws or wall damage. A pressure indicator shows when it's properly locked in place. The one-handed mechanism means you can push and squeeze to open without juggling whatever you're carrying. It fits openings from 73 to 79cm straight out of the box, and extends up to 114cm with separate extension kits if your space is wider. Made from steel for durability. The 76cm height gives a proper barrier, with a wide walk-through section that doesn't feel cramped. Suitable for children up to 24 months.

Easy to install and good quality. Our 3 year old grandson opened it in 2 seconds though! 😂. Maybe the locking mechanism could be altered to make it harder (perhaps 2 parts functioning together to unlock but if only one then it won’t unlock?) Apart from that very pleased with the product

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Munchkin Lindam Easy Lock Safety Gate.
Please ensure that measurements have been taken from the narrowest point (typically skirting board to skirting board) as well as the widest point (usually wall to wall).
Based on the measurement provided of 73.5 cm, the gate should fit. However, it must be able to expand firmly against the wall to ensure it is properly secured.

Our supplier has advised that the Munchkin Lindam Easy Lock Safety Gate gap measurement needs to be taken from the narrowest point (usually skirting to skirting) for a gap on 99cm you would require 1 x 7cm and 1 x 14cm extension.
