About this product
When you need to keep little explorers away from stairs or out of certain rooms, this pressure-fit gate does the job without drilling holes in your walls. The four-point pressure frame clamps securely in place between doorframes or at the bottom of stairs, so you get solid protection without permanent fixtures. One-handed opening means you can pass through even when your hands are full, and it swings both ways in doorways or locks to one direction for stairs.
The U-shaped frame creates firm pressure against the walls, with a built-in indicator so you know when it's properly secured. Push and squeeze the handle to open it with one hand, then it closes manually behind you. The double lock keeps curious toddlers from pushing through. Made from sturdy steel with a walk-through section, so no awkward stepping over while carrying shopping or laundry. It fits openings from 73 to 79cm straight out of the box, and you can extend it up to 114cm with separate extension kits, sold separately, if you've got wider spaces to cover.

Easy to install and good quality. Our 3 year old grandson opened it in 2 seconds though! 😂. Maybe the locking mechanism could be altered to make it harder (perhaps 2 parts functioning together to unlock but if only one then it won’t unlock?) Apart from that very pleased with the product

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Munchkin Lindam Easy Lock Safety Gate.
Please ensure that measurements have been taken from the narrowest point (typically skirting board to skirting board) as well as the widest point (usually wall to wall).
Based on the measurement provided of 73.5 cm, the gate should fit. However, it must be able to expand firmly against the wall to ensure it is properly secured.

Our supplier has advised that the Munchkin Lindam Easy Lock Safety Gate gap measurement needs to be taken from the narrowest point (usually skirting to skirting) for a gap on 99cm you would require 1 x 7cm and 1 x 14cm extension.
