I bought this a month ago and i really like it because of the battery and everything I need without being an expensive and big smart watch, it's small and discreet and slim. I have Google phone so the integration is great, my wife has one and it works with iPhone also. I got it for a good price in sales, no complaints. It does all the health stuff you need and provide all the data, and easy format.

1. On your tracker, open the Exercise app then select the workout you want to track.
2. Swipe up to open the exercise settings.
3. Tap Set Laps > Show laps.
4. Choose the cue type and frequency. Swipe right to confirm your choice.
5. Swipe down to return to the exercise screen, then tap Play to start the workout.

I can advise that the Fitbit Charge 6 Fitness Tracker - Obsidian can track your run via GPS and notify you for each milestone that you achieve. You can set your milestone as 1km and receive a notification every time you reach each kilometre.
