Motivation on your wrist !
Bought 3 weeks ago to hopefully track and improve my number of steps. Love the reminders to move, really helps even if working at my desk. Lack of sleep score encourages me to go to bed earlier too. Don’t use to full extent yet, but hopefully get chance over Xmas to familiarise myself with all the features.

Hi there, Martin. Yes, the Charge 6 allows you to receive time or distance-based updates during a workout. Here’s how to set that up:
1. On your tracker, open the Exercise app then select the workout you want to track.
2. Swipe up to open the exercise settings.
3. Tap Set Laps > Show laps.
4. Choose the cue type and frequency. Swipe right to confirm your choice.
5. Swipe down to return to the exercise screen, then tap Play to start the workout.

I can advise that the Fitbit Charge 6 Fitness Tracker - Obsidian can track your run via GPS and notify you for each milestone that you achieve. You can set your milestone as 1km and receive a notification every time you reach each kilometre.
