Amazing watch worth every penny
This watch I believe is reasonably priced especially for its amazing quality. You can track your steps , sleep , body battery and so on. My favioute features is the automatic do not disturb at night time it’s nice to shut off also the reminders of high stress relax or the alerts to get moving as it motivates you and gives you a push. Definitely recommend as a gym goer

Wrist-based heart rate data (so you need to wear the watch snugly on your wrist during the activity).
A timed brisk walk or run of at least 15 minutes to calculate and display your VO₂ max estimate.
