I bought this a month ago and it’s honestly changed my life. I’m a lot more active now and I’m finally maintaining a good sleep schedule due to the sleep score and sleep coach feature! The hydration feature has motivated me to drink enough fluid each day, which is something I used to forget to do, and it’s so easy to track it too! Additionally, the body battery, stress, and heart rate tracking features are something I have found very interesting!

Amazing watch worth every penny
This watch I believe is reasonably priced especially for its amazing quality. You can track your steps , sleep , body battery and so on. My favioute features is the automatic do not disturb at night time it’s nice to shut off also the reminders of high stress relax or the alerts to get moving as it motivates you and gives you a push. Definitely recommend as a gym goer

Exceeding 60ºC (140ºF) may damage the device, and it is recommended to avoid saunas or hot tubs. However, if your hot yoga sessions do not exceed 40ºC, you should be fine. It is also water resistant, so the level of sweating associated with hot yoga also shouldn't be a problem.

A timed brisk walk or run of at least 15 minutes to calculate and display your VO₂ max estimate.
