Exceeding 60ºC (140ºF) may damage the device, and it is recommended to avoid saunas or hot tubs. However, if your hot yoga sessions do not exceed 40ºC, you should be fine. It is also water resistant, so the level of sweating associated with hot yoga also shouldn't be a problem.
