So far, great.
I've only used this once so far to move a heavy old washing machine but, compared to my previous cheap trolley, I was quite impressed with the build quality of this, particularly for the offer price of £15! How long it will last shifting 25kg bags of coal is another matter but even if it's only a year it will still be great value.

The Sack Barrow does come already built.
Raising the handle
Press the centre button. whilst pressing the button, pull the upper handle upwards. This might require a bit of force.
Foot plate and Wheels
Using your foot, start pushing the nose plate forwards. The wheels should unfold automatically.
