"2nd Ninja Airfryer purchase
Can honestly say so easy to use, food comes out tasting so nice and the big plus it has reduced my monthly electric bill. My first one I had 2 years had a fault and must say I have no problem with the guarantee.

Very annoyed
Arrived with stickers on it that don't peel off leaving behind a thick gluey residue. It's so frustrating when manufacturers do this, and I'd have expected better from Ninja. Damaged the surface when trying to remove these!

Can’t go wrong with a ninja air fryer!
Bought as replacement as my old ninja had it’s day and it’s just as good as my old one

Versatile and nice looking machine.
The capacity is incredible. I love how much you can fit in the megazone and the versatility of the two areas. The fact that you can sync the temperature across so everything finishes at the same time is amazing.

Purchased for my Youngest Daughter. She is over the moon, so it must be good.

Big upgrade
A big improvement over our previous air fryer, faster quieter, better capacity. Will take some getting used to as according to the instructions food is added while the unit is cold, rather than pre-heating first and there is no indication of when to turn/shake as we had previously.

The top of the Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer is black.
Yes, the Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer is easy to use, with simple controls, safe handling, and clear cooking functions suitable for all users. It’s great for baking pastry using the Bake function, adjustable temperatures, and crisper plate for even results.
Here are the product dimensions for this air fryer: H:32.7 x W:49.6 x D:31.6 cm.
I sometimes use airfry oven paper sheets to reduce amount of after cleaning, however you may find that the sheets get blown upwards towards the heating elements if not weighted down enough
That’s not an accessory we offer directly; however, you can use third-party silicone liners as an alternative. For best results, make sure to place the liner underneath the crisper plates rather than on top; this helps maintain airflow and proper cooking performance.
There is only one drawer which has a removable divider, You can cook in both zones at different temps.
Since the Ninja AF500UK has the advanced Dual Zone Technology, each drawers operates independently, allowing you to set distinct cooking times and temperatures for two meals, while ensuring both finish simultaneously.
To stop the heating elements overheating when cooking has finished. Pity the cool function is cancelled as soon as drawer is opened.
Info is not in the user docs. Dont know why.
The purpose of the "Cool" message on the front panel is to indicate a safety feature that allows the fan to keep running for a short period after the cooking session is complete. This helps prevent the internal components from overheating and ensures the air fryer remains safe to use and store by keeping the exterior from reaching unsafe temperatures.
No, unless the fluid is a very small amount. The dividing ridge is still quite low and wont stop any substantial amount of fluid seeping across under the divider.
It may hold back quite thick sauces but thinner gravy does pass through, the divider is fairly loose in the slots
We can confirm that the divider is designed to keep all fluids isolated between compartiments.
Yes, the AF500UK has Bake and Prove functions, so you can prove dough then bake bread in the drawer, we confirm it is suitable for homemade bread. Reduce oven recipe temperatures by about 10°C when using Bake, and prove at 35°C. Use an oven safe tin that fits the drawer.
The Ninja AF500UK operates at a voltage of 220-240V~, 50-60Hz and has a power output of 2470W. However, it is known for its energy efficiency, using up to 45% less energy than a conventional oven.
It is important to note that the trays or packages used for ready meals may vary in composition based on the brand. Therefore, we recommend checking with the specific brand you are purchasing to ensure that their packaging can withstand the temperature range of 40°C to 240°C, which is supported by the Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer Dual Air Fryer AF500UK
