Excellent keyless entry smart lock
The smart yale lock was easy to install and came with different parts for different width doors. Ideal for anyone who loses their keys often. The App is very user friendly. As a mother with young children in car seats the keyless entry is a game changer. I also think the security features are very reassuring.

Stylish and sturdy
This was ideal for me due to having teenagers who constantly loose their keys. It took a maximum of 1 hour to install and instructions where really clear and easy to follow. The app was easy to download and easy to use. I love the idea that you know someone has tried the door as you get a notification. It is quite a large door handle though but looks lovely.

Take your time during installation and all good.
The handle comes in a large delivery box. Other then the expected item (i.e. the handle and parts) the installation instructions were very useful and easy to follow. You should take your time and follow the steps. Make sure not to rush as you don't want to miss any steps in this process. Once all is installed, they system picks ups and does what it needs to smoothly. Happy with this product.

The kit contains everything you need whatever door
I was very impressed when I opened the kit as it contained everything you need for any size door. All parts seem well made and solid. Installation is needed on a bright, warm day as the door needs to stay open until the installation is completo correctly. The installation does take time but the end result to worth it. I do wish it came with a few extra fobs for family members in the initial package. The inner door handle and it's parts are very large compared to a standard door lock. Overall a fantastic bit of technology.

Sturdy and intuitive lock
I'm really impressed with the digital door lock I picked up. It's solidly built, promising durability, and the included tools and instructions were incredibly handy. While I'm waiting on a few more pieces for my door before I can fully install it, the setup process so far has been easy. Pairing it with my iOS app was quick, and now locking and unlocking the door is just a tap away. Can’t wait to see it in full action!

Brilliant device for securing your home.
Absolutely love this bit of kit and the app. My husband installed it easily and efficiently. I love being able to check that my door is securely licked, esepcially when out. My husband is forever forgetting his keys so extra handy that we dont have to worry about that anymore. Worth every penny in my opinion. The app is also user friendly.

Trendy, modern and helps with mobility issues
I think this keyless lock is an absolute game changer. I live with someone who has Parkinson's disease and they struggled with getting a key into the door but the fob and card have made life so much easier! It is a very stylish, good quality smart lock that is easy to set up and use for anybody, and all you need is a screwdriver, as everything else is included in the box. The Yale home app provides a step by step guide on how to register and add a new keycard/fob. It is simple to use and allows you to lock/unlock your door via WiFi. On the lock there is a light indicator that turns red when the door is locked, and green when unlocked for added security. I love how I can check my door is locked from wherever I am for extra peace of mind as I am always conscious of whether I remember locking the door or not!

Yale Conexis Smart Lock - keyless entry door lock
First impressions are the handles look and feel good quality, the external handle is discreet as it looks just like a regular door handle, the internal handle is very big but once installed it doesn’t look too bad. Installation was simple, took me a hour from start to finish, the instructions in the manual are very clear. However when it came to setting up via the app things weren’t quite as straightforward, the product mode name isn’t listed on the app, so had to select the old style L1 lock. Configuring the users and lock settings took a bit of fiddling around on the app but after doing it once it became easy. The lock can be locked/unlocked via the smart phone app, by tapping a key card or key tag against the sensor at the top of the outer handle or by pushing and rotating the knob on the inside door handle. Lifting the door handle inside or outside will lock the door. Audible beeps alert you to locking/unlocking aswell as red/green lights on both the inside and outside handles. The Door Sense magnet is stuck on the door frame inside the building as close to the Yale Access Module as possible, which is where the Yale logo is on the internal handle. Once this is done, the app can be configured to send you alerts if the door is left open/ajar after a time of your choice. You can also set alerts to show you when and who has locked and unlocked the door. The door lock kit is only supplied with one key card and one key tag which is a little disappointing as most households have more than two people who regularly use the door lock, they are fairly inexpensive to buy separately but a few more would have been nice to have included with the kit. I really like this lock, once installed and setup it is very easy to use but have rated it 4/5 because it lacks finger print recognition to become totally keyless, a feature that some other manufacturers do include in a product in this price range.

I have the 1st gen, on the outside, it has 2 metal points that you can hold a square style battery on, enough to give you power to open door normally and get it.
