Very good earbuds, perfect sound quality. During calls, the other person cannot hear any external noise, only my voice loud and clear. Excellent noise cancelling and very comfortable to use. 5 stars!

Great noise cancellation
These are very good earbuds. They help fit nice and snug, I can use them in my motorcycle helmet without feeling they are pushing against my ears. The noise cancelling is excellent I use them in the gym and I recently used them on an aircraft on a trip to Spain and they blocked the noise of the aircraft and the noisy passengers. All in all these are very good earbuds that I would recommend to others.

The pair of buds to cast a shadow on others!
In the past we have been purchasing 'it will do' headphones. After doing a bit of researching and saving up to purchase these AMAZING noise cancelling buds- well worth it and used everyday. You will not be disappointed, as these far surpassed our previous listening experience.

Great sound quality but some physical drawbacks
Excellent sound quality but awkward to get out of the charging case and tricky to fit with the supplied earbuds. I've resorted to using the earbuds from my old Sony WF-XB700 earphones which fit perfectly. The difference is that the supplied earbuds are solid rubber but the ones supplied with the older model are a different design and more malleable.

Sony WF1000XM5 ANC In-Ear True Wireless Earbuds - Black 310/7962 These earbuds do not have voice control to be able to make a call. You will need to use your phone to make the call but can use the earbuds to end the call.
