Does what it says on the tin
It is the envisaged size. It hangs lower than expected so I tied off the strigs in a knot to get it to sit where I wanted on my back. It's reasonably sturdy but I wouldn't put in anything too heavy as firstly the 'rope' will dig in to your shoulders and I dare say you don't want to break the eyelets, then it's not fit for purpose. However at £4, easily replaceable. Seems to be shower proof I'd say but probably not waterproof - water would still get in the top even if it didn't seep through the material. Folds down small - I wanted it as a second bag for holiday that would fit in to my carry on without taking up room. It would even fit in a pocket folded up.
