You're at home and want to add core training to your routine. This Bodi-Tek trainer uses EMS technology with 8 gel pads targeting key areas. The wireless design fits comfortably on your body. Choose from 15 intensity levels and two adjustable programmes. It charges via USB and fits all genders. Each programme cycle lasts 25 minutes.
The gel pads deliver stimulation evenly across all eight points. You'll find it easy to switch between the two workout modes. Adjust the intensity up or down to match your comfort level. The wireless setup means there's no tangling or fuss. USB charging keeps it powered without replacement batteries. The one-size design adapts to different body types easily.

Love this it actually works,i started on number 7 and went up to 11 after 3 days,stomach feels tighter already,people saying it doesnt work probably have too much belly fat,The device works by sending electrical currents through your skin to reach the motor nerves that control your muscles. Stomach fat acts as a thick layer of insulation. If that layer is too thick, the electrical pulses cannot penetrate deep enough to reach your abdominal muscles. You will either feel a stinging sensation on your skin without a proper muscle contraction, or you won't feel much at all.pads dont lose their stick just put your tap on to trickle and gently wash them under the water, as good as new!

Limited Muscle contractions
Bought on a Whim after reading these types of devices reduce Visceral fat....Minimal strong muscle contractions . Mainly tingles ( more one side than the other. Programs seem to create mostly very mild muscle contractions and the for short duration strong contractions (Maybe 15 strong contractions and then reverts to very mild contractions , Device loses adhesive properties after about 10 uses.

Doesn't seem too bad fro the price
Had this about 3 weeks and the pads are still pretty sticky, not needed to dampen them. The settings don't quite feel as intense as when I first got it, but that might be because I'm getting used to it? ( use it at least twice a day). This won't give you a 6 pack (but might if you combine it with sit ups/planks?) and I don't really feel my core getting stronger however my stomach does feel flatter though. Basically it's worth a try for only £30.
