Limited Muscle contractions

Bought on a Whim after reading these types of devices reduce Visceral fat....Minimal strong muscle contractions . Mainly tingles ( more one side than the other. Programs seem to create mostly very mild muscle contractions and the for short duration strong contractions (Maybe 15 strong contractions and then reverts to very mild contractions , Device loses adhesive properties after about 10 uses.

Doesn't seem too bad fro the price

Had this about 3 weeks and the pads are still pretty sticky, not needed to dampen them. The settings don't quite feel as intense as when I first got it, but that might be because I'm getting used to it? ( use it at least twice a day). This won't give you a 6 pack (but might if you combine it with sit ups/planks?) and I don't really feel my core getting stronger however my stomach does feel flatter though. Basically it's worth a try for only £30.

Been using this for around 3 weeks, good range of intensity with the programs, feels well made and charge last along time, only down side is the pads seem to be losing their stickiness, not sure if replacements are available
