Divina resistance bands
I brought these as l had a deep gluteous medius injury and have to follow a NHS physio programme at home. Very good quality but probably not for beginners hopefully in time l will get better at using them.

Resistance bands that don’t move midworkout
They’re very durable and they a strong grip so they don’t move around. You don’t have to interrupt your workout to adjust them. Only thing I would say is that they’re all the same size, I would preferred a smaller one for my ankles, but they still do the job.

Great fitness bands
These fitness bands were exactly what I was looking for. They're are 3 of them ranging in resistance , so good when you advance and need more resistance. They're very well made and are nice and wide and don't roll or slip. I think they're well worth the money and highly recommend them.

Very disappointing
I have most of Davina’s fitness DVDs and use her OYG website.. Always been impressed with Davina and her fitness tips etc. bought these bands because I rate Davina but really disappointed with them. They are so hard to pull apart i feel they are doing aby good. Feel like I wasted my money sadly.
