I haven’t tried any other but I find that the product is not very efficient. Also, it already flakes out limescale. It is portable for travel but product is average. The steam js not powerful.

I bought this steamer after reading good reviews about it , as I'm going to a wedding soon which will be abroad, so I am planning to take with me . I just finished steaming my satin dress and I am happy from the result. For the customers who is wandering like me , how many clothes you can steam with one filing off water, I can say not many but depends how many wrinkles are there . So for one long dress, I filled 2 times which is pretty good. I can't say is it good on other materials as I didn't try yet. Overall great steamer for clothes which is difficult to iron.

Also, with it being an item that provides heat, you may need to check if the local power supply is able to provide enough power to be able to adequately function.

The Philips Series 3000 STH3000/26 Garment Steamer has been designed to be used with tap water. However, if you live in an area with hard water, fast scale build-up may occur.
Therefore, to prolong the lifespan of the iron or steamer it is recommended that you use distilled or demineralised water (50% demineralised water mixed with tap water can also be used).
