It prints in black and white and then you can add colour with the pens.
It does include paper rolls for the pictures which are printed using thermal technology.

"The printers and camera are 2 separate items and do not directly work together. However, once downloaded to a phone or tablet, the images can be printed with the pocket printer via the Tiny Print App. "

the picture can fade eventually if exposed to direct light for a long period of time. They do last quite well though, certainly better than receipts 😊
