Our supplier has advised that the VTech CS2000 Cordless Telephone - Single does keep your phone number. The home telephone number is allocated to the property and your agreement with the provider, so the number will stay the same regardless of whether you change the hardware / physical telephones.

I can advise that you may change the volume of the call when using the VTech CS2000 Cordless Telephone - Single by clicking on the up and down arrows on the circular controls underneath the screen. You may also change the volume of the ringer by pressing the OK button and selecting this option from the on-screen menu.
