superb & easy to use
Bought this Dolce Gusto machine to replace the one that starting spitting water everywhere, it lasted over 5 years so decided to go with this slightly more expensive one. Its a lot slimmer than previous angry spitty one (which got consigned to the great dolce gusto heaven in the sky) The new Genio ( I presume it was named after an Italian genie...well you never know) is really easy to operate and twisting the rotating bezel to get the desired level, putting in a coffee pod with requisite cup underneath I pressed start. and coffee cam out...dont know why I was surprised as it was Coffee pod after all. anyway its so easy to use and heats up really fast so my lovely wife can get her coffee much faster. I'm very impressed and highly recommend. (slightly disappointed that no Italian Genie appeared as I could have done with three wishes)

I bought this item to replace an old one as I know how good it is. With it being a small item it is just right for my kitchen. It is an automatic machine so no overflowing of cup.Plus there are plenty of coffee pod flavours to choose from.Very satisfied with product.E

Poor Features
Unfortunately, this coffee machine was broken ’out the box’ - we followed the setup instructions precisely a few times but it would not work. It was dangerously overheating and would not pump any water through the system. Something seriously wrong with it ‼️

Not very pleased
Coffee not as hot as previous machine in-fact Not sure whether or not to return as it doesn’t stay warm very long in a thermos. The machine isn’t tall enough to put a thermos under the pod capsule have to angle it. Overall not very pleased.

Coming from a Nespresso machine this is exactly what I was after. Small footprint and quick readily available coffee pods which include milk.
