I’m really pleased either way my Fitbit: I purchased it 2 weeks ago, the charge lasts a week, it tracks steps and exercise and swimming, length of the overall swim rather than number of lengths.. Tracks sleep too, which is interesting. I tells me when I have a message and buzzes when my phone rings which is handy. It’s a Bluey pink I’d say rather than purple. Overall, I’d recommend.

The sensor cannot be switched off, but you can turn off the notifications in settings: High & Low Heart Rate or AZM Notifications and switch them off.
