Only had it a couple of days so not used it enough for a full review. I have used it on bedding on the bed. I was very pleased with the outcome. Nice crinkle free duvet. I can’t manage to iron the duvet cover in the usual way so this will help enormously. This is the prime reason for buying it. I’m sure I will find I use it more going forward. It’s not too heavy and it used a tank of water on the bedding. Quite a chunky steamer which I was able to grasp as I have a small hand span. So far so good.

Great piece of Kit
This Russell Hobbs Steam Genie is great. At last a quite easy way to get creases out of clothes whiteout all the hassle of putting up an ironing board. The Steam Genie works very well generates lost of steam and easily tackles creases in shirts, trousers and even thicker fabrics like denim. Also great for just refresh fabrics lifting the nap. The additional accessories are a real bonus and double the usefulness and flexibility of the steamer.

Just what I needed for my clothes
Takes 5-6 mins to heat up but steams very well. Noticed water stains on my clothes a few times but not a big deal. I use it on my tailored white thobe and does the job very well especially as it’s a delicate. Wire is 3m which is long enough for me. Haven’t used the attachments yet. Also there is a trigger lock so you don’t have to hold it down while steaming. Does require refilling but I keep a bottle of water next to it. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and got it at a bargain price. 100% would recommend.

Doesn't meet the need. Barely removes any wrinkles and water leaks out of the nozzle. Not sure how it has so many good reviews.

The steamer can help freshen clothes and may reduce some bacteria, but it does not fully disinfect fabrics. For proper hygiene, washing is still recommended.
