Hot Surfaces: The metal housing and outer body become hot during use. Always use side handles or lid knobs. Spilled Food: Hot spills can cause severe burns. Keep the appliance and power cord away from children and never drape the cord over the edge of a counter. Pouring Risk: Do not lift or tilt the slow cooker body to pour contents. Always remove food using heat-safe utensils or tongs. Filling Limits: Do not fill the inner pot with liquids to within less than an inch of the top to prevent overflow and splattering. Removable Container Only: To reduce the risk of electric shock, cook only inside the removable inner pot. Never put food or liquids directly into the unit base. No Extension Cords: Plug the unit directly into a grounded wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord or a socket located below the counter. No Immersion: Never immerse the power cord, plug, or the main cooker housing in water or any other liquid.
