About this product
Add texture and warmth to your home with this soft shaggy rug that feels lovely underfoot. The deep pile creates a plush surface that works beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms or hallways. It's woven with synthetic fibres that keep it looking fresh through everyday use, while the olive green shade adds depth to neutral schemes or complements more vibrant interiors. At 80x150cm, it's a versatile size that fits comfortably in compact spaces or layers into larger rooms.
The pile is thick and inviting, creating a soft surface throughout the day. It's designed for spot cleaning, so you can tackle marks quickly without needing specialist equipment. The shaggy texture adds visual interest to your space, while the practical construction makes it ideal for everyday life. To keep this secure on hard floors we also offer rug grips to keep in place, sold separately.

Beautiful thick rug
I love this rug, it has the right amount of thickness that feels soft underfoot. It’s a straight thread so don’t have to worry about my dog getting his nails caught and he loves laying on it too. It vacuums well, no moulting and holds its own with a strong setting. The colour feels uplifting and blends well with navy curtains and my decor.

The Cat Approves
I needed a rug on the laminate floor to make the lounge a bit more cosy and this is perfect! I bought the HUGE one and it looks great. Soft and warm on bare feet and my cat approves; he was unsure at first and ran around as if the floor was lava; he finally realised it was soft and warm, so he now spends most of his time asleep on it. It has a non-slip base so I don't worry about it slipping or moving, a quick shake brings to shaggy pile back to life after vacuuming. The pile is very good quality and quite thick so should last many years.

Hello Maz,
Our supplier has advised that the Habitat Noodle Plain Terracotta Shaggy Rug - 160x230cm can be vacuum-cleaned. We recommend using a vacuum with adjustable suction and keeping the pressure gentle to maintain the rug’s texture and longevity.

Hi Purple lili
While olive sits between green and yellow on the colour wheel, it’s generally thought to be a shade of green. Olive is also considered a shade of green on the hex chart used by web designers and developers.
Hope this helps. Thanks for using Q&A
