So far so good but a few constructive observations. We did not understand the soft closing door and found it by accident. Might have been nice if it was explained. The air fry option has not worked very well so far, again information is light. For example are you suppose to turn the turntable off? There is no light when the microwave is operating so you can not see if something has over boiled, again there is nothing about internal light in the booklet.

Impressive & worth every penny

So yes, it is an excessive amount for a microwave, however...we have been using a large air fryer for a couple of years & we needed anew microwave as our 3 year old Sharp microwave was pretty much failing to pieces, almost been shaked to pieces with the plastic parts cracking & door handle falling off (screws holding it in place coming loose) and it was a good opportunity while buying a new microwave, to purchase one with a air fryer function. The price in fact is comparable with other brands with the same features & having checked across the internet at multiple sources, Argos were the cheapest. The Sage product itself is a solid all stainless metal piece of kit. There isnt anything falling apart on this. Asthetically it looks fantastic (if a microwave/oven/air fryer) actually can. The LED display (and it's huge) when not in use, dims to let you know its still 'on' but in standby, and when you use the programs it brightens up to a soft blue. When you start it, the colour changes to a soft dim orange. Once it's running, the noise level is almost whisper quiet, it's so impressive (the Sharp was the loudest microwave I've ever purchased). Another feature is the soft close door. All through out my many microwave purchases over the years, you always had to Harshly 'shut the door'. This works exactly like your modern kitchen cupboards. Just as you slowly close the door, as it meets the edge of the microwave, it gracefully takes the door off you and softly closes. You can't help smile when this happens (although my wife thinks I'm nuts) but I've seen this on any equivalent products, so yes, this feature does really stand out. Every time I've used the microwave option it has cooked all the way through & being more powerful than the average microwave you do not need it on as long, although the already set programmable options for different types of food work excellent, so no guessing required. The air fryer option isn't as quick as our ninja but still works very well & is still impressive. I haven't yet used the oven option but honestly, I'm expecting above average results. The options for cooking in general are widespread and I'll use the word again, impressive. I really don't have time to go through everything it offers and this review is too long as it is. Overall, it's a really great piece of kitchen machinery. An amazing design & a very solid & I'm also sure, long lasting kitchen aid. So far, absolutely worth the extra £, if even just to sit there and admire the design. Fantastic Sage (Breville). You've come a long way since your sandwich toasters.

Good start but still learning.

More powerful than our existing 40 year old one. Seems really good but still getting used to all of it. Far less flimsy as some we looked at.

Quality and Versatility.

Purchased 2 weeks ago and so far, very impressed. Expensive kit, but high quality and so versatile. Perfect cooking every time. Love the 'little bit more' button. Easy to clean and on the counter top, is very accessible. Recommended for no-fuss, speedy cooking.

Recently purchased the sage 3 in 1 sage microwave oven after spending quite some time researching and reading reviews, I have to say I’m delighted with it and the advantages of less equipment on kitchen workspace, Really happy with all the features also easy to use

Well thought out machine

Did a lot research and found this to be the best all round combination microwave. Absolutely perfect, definitely made the right choice, everything has been catered for and is very good quality.
