No, the metal parts on this are neither brass nor gold coloured. It’s not silver but it is closer to silver, i.e. a shiny light grey metal.

"The cable is approximately 120cm at its longest (total maximum drop from ceiling, including the shade, is approximately 145-150cm). The drop is adjustable though, so it can be made shorter during installation to sit at the desired height."
