About this product
The Habitat Heath Oak Folding Table is ideal when you need dining space but haven't got room for a table that's always out. It's a slim console that sits against a wall during the day, then opens out into a proper four-seater dining table when friends come round. Just unfold the top and fold out the legs, and you're ready to sit down for dinner. The oak veneer top's durable and wipes clean after meals, while solid wood legs keep everything stable. It's a really clever bit of design for compact living spaces.
The angular legs give it a modern geometric look that works with lots of interior styles. The folding mechanism's straightforward, so you can switch between console and dining table without any awkward fiddling. Oak veneer means you get the warmth and grain of real wood with added protection against daily wear. Self-assembly's needed and two people are recommended to put it together. Comes with a one-year manufacturer's guarantee.

The materials and finish of this table are excellent, and the assembly instructions very clear. Quite hard work, though, and the holes for the catches needed drilling deeper.

Good table for price paid. Purchased with discount so even better. Not too difficult for two (elderly) people to assemble. Very versatile table for a small room. I will be using mine as a desk/sewing table in our spare room. I must say that the delivery people were terrific, even carrying the box upstairs for me.

The item is partially solid wood.
The table top panel is NOT solid wood — it is made from MDF with a wood veneer.
The remaining parts (bottom cross rail, top cross rail, left side leg, right side leg) are solid oak.
