The Adam Burlington Electric Fire Suite brings modern simplicity to your living space with clean lines and a contemporary oak and charcoal grey finish. This freestanding suite combines a minimalist surround with a complete electric fire featuring an atmospheric log fuel bed and 3D LED flame effect technology. The 7 colour settings let you customise the mood, while the realistic flames create that cosy fireside feel perfect for modern homes.
You get proper heating performance with 1kW and 2kW settings, plus thermostatic control to maintain your ideal room temperature. The included remote control handles everything - heat settings, flame effect, colour adjustments, and a 7-day programmable timer so you can set it and forget it. The flame effect works independently of the heat, meaning you can enjoy the ambiance year-round even when warmth isn't needed. Assembly is straightforward, though it's easier with two people, and batteries are included for the remote. It comes with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Not great
Brought it as it looked good and said fully assembled - it was not fully assembled, I expected to have to fit a few screws but that’s all - instructions said remove glass and position logs - did not say how to reinsert glass - glass won’t fit- emailed their customer service, received auto email saying their be in touch within 24 hrs - still waiting 4 days later - this product is going to be returned

The surround is lovely but the display is abit lackluster. The lighting needs to be abit brighter.

Regarding the Adam Burlington Electric Fire Suite - Oak and Charcoal Grey. When on the flame effect setting the electric fire will make a low humming noise due to the motor turning to create the flame effect. This should not be loud enough to be heard over a television for example but in a silent room will be a noticeable background noise.
When on the heat this will make a slightly louder more whirring type noise with the air/heat being pushed out of the fan.
